Our mission is to help those who have no voice and/or no resources to support their quest for proper health, happiness, and reasonable community resources. To assist those in need with not only immediate provisions but also a new way of living, a plan to improve their future. Through God's word and instruction as well as the care, concern, and charity of those involved. At Gearheads Ministry it is our mission statement to provide food, clean water, training, temporary housing, prayer, and local resources to all who we can reach. We will complete this mission statement through donations, funding opportunities and the volunteer work of our staff and membership. We also offer urban discipleship opportunities for those who choose such as volunteer led groups for domestic violence, anger management and substance abuse. As part of our community outreach program, we also plan in the future to coordinate job fairs, resume’ assistance and resource management education. These services will be offered to any adult who asks but our primary focus group would be in the at-risk community.

At Gearheads Ministry Inc., we believe in the power of love, forgiveness, and grace. We strive to live out these values in our daily lives, and we hope to inspire others to do the same. We believe that everyone has a purpose and a place in this world, and that we are all connected in ways we may not even realize.
Just as rebuilding a car, each facet of renewing ourselves requires planning, training, commitment, and a realistic desired outcome. We must work system by system (frame, drivetrain, electrical, interior, body/paint) to achieve the desired results thus not overwhelming ourselves with too many details at one time

We must work system by system (frame, drivetrain, electrical, interior, body/paint) to achieve the desired results thus not overwhelming ourselves with too many details at one time.
1. Change– The first cog needs to represent change, who we want to be/where we want to go (sobriety, anger management, job skill training etc.)
2. Plan– The second cog needs to represent how will we arrive at our journey (i.e. nothing happens without GOD in our life, stop this and start that) and what does that look like
3. Tools– Develop the tools necessary to achieve the desired outcome.
4. Application – What steps you need to take to change your plan into action.
5. Consistency– Stay consistent with the plan and the time you set aside for your build.
6. Determination– Don’t let the devil lie to you, stay focused and trudge on. Negativity will test you, but you must trudge on to be successful.
7. Pass on your knowledge– Use the skills you have honed to help others who need you just as others have helped you, this journey takes more than oneself.
